Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Dental Administrator to join our dynamic team! Our practice thrives on providing exceptional patient care in a supportive, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable managing both front desk duties and patient coordination using Abeldent software.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check-in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using Abeldent
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely data entry
Manage insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and billing inquiries
Process payments and handle daily financial transactions
Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and office policies
Support the clinical team with administrative needs and smooth day-to-day flow
Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Administrator
Proficiency with Abeldent dental software is required
Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and billing practices
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
A friendly, team-oriented personality with a patient-first attitude
