We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management, fiscal management, and team supervision. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient functioning of the office while providing exceptional patient care. The Dental Office Manager will be responsible for managing staff, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
Utilize EMR and EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or eClinicalWorks for effective patient management.
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and address any patient concerns.
Implement practice management strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in medical office management or dental office experience is required.
Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems; experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.
Experience in human resources functions related to recruitment, training, and employee relations is beneficial.
