Job description
The Onondaga County Law Department is seeking attorneys to work as Deputy County Attorneys in its Family Court Division imbedded in the Department of Children and Family Services.

Work Activities:
• Handle full caseload of Child Welfare and JD petitions in Family Court at all stages of court process including trial
• Interact with the Department of Children and Family Services, social service agencies, law enforcement, school districts, and the Probation Department

Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
