Responsibilities
• Handling statutory audits of Indian and Foreign entities.
• Knowledge of consolidation of financial statements as per IND AS.
• Consolidating the data following specific financial accounting rules and guidelines, such as IND AS, IFRS etc.
• Identifying adjustments emanating from consolidation activities and ensuring correct treatment as per IND AS.
• Handling internal audit and tax audits.
• Co-ordination with various foreign and Indian group entities for obtaining MIS and preparing consolidated MIS of Indian and Foreign entities.
• Basic knowledge of Income Tax Act and Companies Act relevant for the purpose of statutory and tax audit.
Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA
