Job Purpose:
To implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. The candidate will possess the ability to complete high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and deadline sensitivity
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsible for the implementation of Talent Strategy
• Involved in annual operating budget process and manning decisions. Working closely with the stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the entire employee lifeline of processes - from Integration, Performance Management, Rewards to Exits
• Build capability in leaders to manage Objective setting, Expectations, New Performance System and Culture
• Building Employee Connect and Relations, including the resolution of conflict
• Driving Talent Engagement and Retention through multiple initiatives
• Identification of internal pipeline of talent through detailed interaction with managers and employees and supporting the development of high potential employees
• At an execution level, this role is expected to deliver on all people process - from hiring to exits and look after capability building.
Educational Qualification: MBA in HR - FULL TIME
Experience (in years):
• Candidates should have an experience of 4 to 6 years working as HR Business Partner Pharma
• Experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.
