Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Human Resources. You will oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, manage employee records, and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the smooth operation of the HR department
• Deliver exceptional guest service and team experience
• Drive HR initiatives and hotel targets
• Manage employee resourcing, compensation, development, training, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with legislation and maintain accurate records
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
• Proven HR experience with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on approach
• Possession for exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry
• Creative solution-finder with excellent communication skills
