Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Deputy Manager - Operations to drive efficiency, manage projects, and enhance operational processes. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company with a collaborative and innovative culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement:
Identify process inefficiencies and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Project Management:
Manage recurring operational tasks, collaborate across teams, and optimize execution using Odoo ERP.
3. Problem Solving:
Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
4. Reporting:
Generate performance reports with key insights and recommend improvements for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in an operations field, preferably in an SME.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and Odoo ERP.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
