Job Description
• Design and Development:
• Design and development of control panels for industrial applications.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs of control panels based on project requirements and specifications.
• Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, and bills of materials (BOM) using E-Plan.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, UL standards).
• Component Selection and Integration:
• Select appropriate components (e.g., circuit breakers, relays, PLCs) based on performance, cost, and reliability considerations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials required for panel fabrication.
• Testing and Validation:
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and performance of control panels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design or functionality issues during testing and integration phases.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare detailed technical documentation including design specifications, operation manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Project Coordination:
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of control panel designs that meet project deadlines and budget constraints
