Roles and Responsibilities
Preparing Accounting documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Managing day-to-day transactions, Encoding accounting entries for data processing
Monthly GST Payments / Returns GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B
GST Audit, Co-ordinate with Statutory Auditors
24Q / 27Q TDS Monitoring Quarterly TDS Returns, 26AS Reconciliations
Coordinating internal and external audits, Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies, Verifying bank deposits
Completing bank reconciliations, Managing company ledgers, Maintaining a system of managing and overseeing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company
Reporting on debtors and creditors, Handling accruals and prepayments
Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
Tax Assessments & Returns
Supporting of Finance manager in maintaining financial activities successfully
Forex banking transactions, Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3-5 years of experience with manufacturing industry preferable
Prior Experience and well versed in Tally Prime Software
Can Handle audits (statutory & tax), TDS and GST
Strong communication skill
Must be well versed with Forex banking transactions, Balance sheet and Profit & Loss Account
Excellent understanding of accounting, taxation, transfer pricing, handling audits (statutory & tax), TDS and matter related to the finance and accounts, , Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
