• Basic Trouble shooting branded desktops/laptop /Printer hardware
• Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Windows 7 10
• Ready to work from Office/ Desktop Level 1
• Roles and Responsibilities
• OS Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting MS Office
• Installation/ Configuration MS Outlook/ E Mail
• Installation, configuration Network Printer/Scanner- Installation /Configuration VC /Webex Session Setup Antivirus S/W installation IE/Chrome Configuration & Troubleshooting Ticketing Tool : E-helpline : Incident & Service Request Handling knowledge
• Communication Technical Expertise VIP Support Video conferencing support
• Good English communication skill
• Resident Desktop Engineer who have direct interaction with end users Need ticketing tool knowledge and worked as per SLA
• Preferably Banking and Finance project background who knows the business criticality.
• 6 Days working and Work from Office
