Job Description
We are looking for a skilled desktop support engineer to assist clients with computer hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of home and office systems, good problem-solving skills, and high-level interpersonal skills.
• Responding to client support requests
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
• Providing basic training in computer operation and management
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology and proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
