Qualifications:
Key Experiences, Skills, And Knowledge
• Deep technical and architectural knowledge in Oracle databases and underlying infrastructure
• Oracle Database installation, creation, configuration, patching and upgrade experience in Unix/Linux, Windows & Cloud environments
• Database administration, performance tuning and optimization, troubleshooting, high availability, disaster recovery, backup & restore experience
• Database Security – Should have a clear understanding on how to implement database security, user administration and data encryption standards
• Good to have database support experience with critical enterprise applications such SAP, Oracle Apps, CRM, HR etc
• Must have knowledge in Microservices architecture and DevOps practices like Git, CI/CD pipelines, etc
• Expected to have some SQL, PL/SQL (functions, procedures) development skills, also scripting tools (Bash, Power shell, Ansible) knowledge
• Should have experience in applying database level encryption(TDE) and file system level encryptions
• Should have experience on Oracle network configuration, client setup and connection troubleshooting
• Oracle RAC, Grid, ASM, Rman, Data pump & DataGuard experience must, better to have replication tools Goldengate or third party tools experience
• Should have worked on Vulnerability assessment reports and apply the patches wherever required
• Should have worked on creating audit & reporting mechanism for Oracle databases
• Should have working experience on defining the permissions on database and server level
• Ability to communicate with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills
• Ability to match technical solutions with customer business requirements
• Oracle certified professional in 11g/12c/1+c, ITIL foundation certifications are plus
• Good to have experience in other RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL & opensource, cloud databases

• Gathers customer impressions of products and services and integrates this feedback into decision making
• Provides stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues
