Developer Oracle Applications(HR and Finance Modules of Oracle Cloud and EBS)

We are looking for a Developer Oracle Applications for our Gurgaon Office in India who has worked on Oracle Cloud HR, Finance, OIC, CMK and has great experience of HR and Finance Modules with Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS R12

Principal Accountabilities
• Participate in lead requirements analysis, design, development and implementation of several enhancements and HR and Finance modules of Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS R12
• Work with the DBA and projects lead to ensure that all necessary setup is done in a timely manner for smooth implementation.
• Coordinate with other team members to design and document different interfaces required for Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS using OIC, CMK and other custom integrations. Develop and maintain the interfaces.
• Take ownership of smaller projects to conduct analysis, design, development and implementation.
• Ensure timely execution of various tasks. Provide regular feedback and status about the project to the project lead.
• Provide ongoing production support for the application. Identify common issues and put solutions in place to correct the problems and/or resolve issues quickly.
• Accountable for handling other custom software development within the department as requested.
• Deliver high level of customer service to appropriate user groups and utilize sound business judgment in the leadership of smaller scale development initiatives.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the Information Technology field.
• A minimum of five (5) to six (6) years’ experience with implementation and/or support of Oracle Financials and/or Oracle HR-related modules of Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience documenting BR100, MD 50s and TE 10s
• Experience in automating test scripts OPkey etc would be highly desirable
• Experience with design, development, unit testing, and deployment of FRICEW (Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflows) objects in EBS using Oracle tools including PL/SQL, SQL, Developer Suite, Workflow Builder, Report Builder
• Experience working with projects involving implementation, rollouts, multiple languages globally with EBS R12.
• Experience in developing BI Publisher Reports including Check Print Layouts, Customer Invoice Layouts, Bank Interfaces.
• Experience in developing Inbound & Outbound Interface in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS with other custom applications.
• Maintain positive, constructive, team-oriented attitude as well as sound judgment in all job responsibilities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Sound Technical knowledge of R12 Financials preferably modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, INV, Core HR)
• Experience in developing new/extending OAF (Oracle Application Framework) pages.
• Preferable to have experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Ability to work independently.
