Roles and Responsibilities
Handled MIS beyond the routine Balance Sheet, P and L and Cash flow,
Knowledge of Service Tax returns, TDS returns, Finalization of annual accounts, Stock / Inventory accounting, having maintained / monitored stock.
Direct the maintenance of ledgers, journals, accounts receivable, revenue depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, insurance etc.
Knowledge of dealing with Financial institutions, Preparation of documentation for project fund requirements, GST, TDS ,RERA Finance & Accounts up to Finalization etc.
We are primarily looking for a smart, active, diligent person, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
MIS, GST Filing, ITRs, Audit, Cost Control, Vendors Management, Payments etc., Should known to Tally, Taxation knowledge for income Tax,
Manage financial systems & budgets, undertake financial audits, an independent check of an organization's financial position, liaise with clients individuals or businesses, provide financial information & advice, detect and prevent fraud, advise on tax Chartered Accountant having experience of working with real estate developer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Either COMPLETED CHARTERED ACCOUNT with 3 years of experience OR CA Inter/Final dropout with years of Corporate Experience.
Direct the preparation and filing of returns for sales tax, Income tax, Excise and other forms of taxes and charges.
The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, excellent communication skills (oral and written), convincing skills, process orientation, time management, team working skills and a strong determination to achieve results.

MS Office and advanced Excel
ERP and accounting software
Should be able to handle all the assignments independently.
Should be well versed with GST, Accounting, Payroll, Income Tax, TDS, Audit etc
