Job Description
We are a global organisation operating the the B2B services space, with a presence in over 20 countries and a market cap of close to $30 billion. In our quest to bring in centres of excellence, we are continuing to build our Finance Shared Service Centre in India. This COE operates as a captive and supports regions in Europe, South East Asia and Australia among others.
The DGM / Head Finance- Shared Services will be responsible to lead our Finance & Accounting Operations supporting these regions, driving a shared services function that is accountable for Reporting, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Accounts receivable, Business control among others
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Responsibilities attached to the role:
Enhances and/or develops, implements, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operational efficiencies and effectiveness of the Global operations through innovation and automation.
Work with the Indian team to drive process excellence within the Shared Services Organisation
Excellent stakeholder management by attending the reviews, meetings & presentations.
Defining / agreeing the Scope of work with respective stakeholders and work with the team to mange the expectations of the stakeholders.
Will be the single point of contact for the offshore and Indian leadership in regards to Finance Shared Services
Solid people management and Performance evaluation of the team members to build a high performing team.
Should be capable to close the annual appraisals, skip level meetings & employee one on one meetings.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting according to business needs
