Job Role
Primary Objectives:
•Manage operational teams under performance management domain in central stack & automation.
•Accountable for the key service operations activities to deliver appropriately and in accordance with the agreed Service-level agreement.
•Collaborate with engineering function & implement the solutions in production.
•Implement & ensure compliance with best practices, standards, procedures for the department.
•Monitor service performance with tracking, establish corrective measures as needed for the review of service owners/service managers.
•Perform people management activities.
•Create a culture of continuous improvement & development within the teams.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•Overall 10 + years of experience of managing performance management teams.
•5+ years of experience with Unix/Linux administration, understanding of multiple coding
and scripting languages including (PHP, Python, Perl, Shell, RPA) to drive automation within the service.
•Good understanding of DevOps practices & tools like Git, Git-CI, Jenkins, Ansible, ELK, Kubernetes, Kafka, Kibana.
•Good Understanding of infrastructure & network virtualisation fundamentals.
•Good understanding of Agile & waterfall project methodologies
