Reload Media is looking for a Digital Account Manager who is enthusiastic and confident to work directly with clients and can demonstrate their interest in digital marketing, to join our growing agency.

You'll be the right fit if you have a passion for people, thrive juggling multiple projects at once, and a drive to high-performing campaigns for our clients. The Role
This role is responsible for “keeping the wheels moving” across all client engagement - this includes driving forward digital strategies, project managing all elements of the client work both internally and with the client, building trusted partnerships with clients and being the gate-keeper to ensure all client work is deliverable to a high-standard and exceeding client expectations.

You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team called a ‘pod' with between 5-7 other team members, and will work collectively on a group of clients majority of the time.

What This Means You'll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Relationships
Looking after a portfolio of 10-20 clients in various industries and of different sizes
Build strong, stable relationships with your key client contacts
Meet with clients, deliver presentations and provide digital recommendations in line with client goals
Adapting your service delivery to align with what your clients value from us as an agency
Creating documents, briefs, and proposals adapted to the needs of your clients
Project Management & Team Coordination
Leading all client communication across email, phone, face to face or any project management tools
Working closely with internal teams to support digital activity and liaise between the team and the client
Ensuring the team are meeting deadlines and work is of a high quality and aligned to client goals
Keeping team up to date of key priorities through proactive communication
Oversee all of your client's digital activity and autonomously manage your own work and all deliverables
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Working with the wider team to create digital strategies and tactics that support your client's goals
Planning, briefing and project managing a range of campaigns and tactics across all digital channels
Diving into data and analytics to frequently monitor the business impact of our campaigns for your clients
Use AI as part of your day to day to increase efficiencies in your work and performance of clients campaigns
Creating customised reports for your clients to demonstrate the value of the digital activity they're running
Supporting any aspect of the delivery of your client's digital activities- be it helping to write website copy, editing ads or coming up with new creative concepts
Who We're Looking For
Have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field. I.e. business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising
An understanding of business and marketing to be able to develop digital marketing strategies for clients
Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client/customer service, ideally in a role that requires relationship management
A natural 'people person' who lives to exceed client expectations
Willingness to embrace AI tools as part of your everyday to amplify effectiveness of campaigns, and create efficiencies in your work
A collaborative attitude that's able to provide and receive feedback constructively and work in a team with a focus on mutual success
Able to talk to anyone, anytime - with the ability to present professionally and confidently during meetings or pitches
A proactive, 'take charge' approach to manage multiple projects and stay on top of your work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
A strong sense of accountability and autonomy to be self-directed to research issues and solve problems
An exceptional written and verbal communicator, who demonstrates a close attention to detail - whether that's avoiding typos in emails/reports, to being able to ensure nothing is missed for a client - and an ability to speak the language of the people in front of them
Prior hands-on experience using digital tools (i.e. Google Analytics), website CMS or eCommerce platforms will be highly favoured but not essential

The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 plus Superannuation, based on experience.
