🔵Role: Digital CM Architect (Change & Migration) – Power Platform / M365
📍 Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)
💼Type: Full‑Time OR Contract

Note: CM here refers to Change & Migration Architecture, not Content Management.
🔹 About the Role
• We are hiring a Digital CM Architect to lead Change & Migration initiatives across Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• This is a senior architecture role focused on assessment, modernization, tenant‑to‑tenant migration strategy, ALM/CI‑CD, and cutover planning, ensuring minimal business disruption.
You will act as the architecture lead for complex Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse environments during large‑scale transformation programs.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Lead asset inventory and assessment across Power Platform and M365
• Design change & migration architecture (tenant‑to‑tenant, modernization)
• Define environment strategy, ALM, CI/CD, packaging, and dependency mapping
• Create migration sequencing, runbooks, cutover and rollback plans
• Coordinate application rationalization, testing, and validation
• Ensure design supports security, governance, licensing, and compliance
• Partner with delivery, engineering, and business teams through transition
🔹 What You Bring
• 10+ years experience in architecture, solution design, or migration roles
• Strong expertise in:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Pages
• Copilot Studio
• Dataverse
• Proven experience with M365 / Power Platform migration programs
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, licensing, and data migration
• Experience defining ALM & CI/CD for Power Platform
• Excellent documentation & stakeholder communication skills

• Enterprise M365 transformation programs
• Governance, compliance, operational readiness
• Platform rationalization / modernization initiatives
