You'll produce informative and easy-to-understand content - from creating product webpages and writing micro-copy to championing readability and optimising organic web traffic. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for:
Regularly reviewing and updating website content to drive increased conversions and improve the user experience.
Managing website content using CMS systems to fulfill business requests.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to create digital content solutions that meet both user and business requirements.
Championing and owning SEO, content accessibility and information architecture.
Generating innovative ideas that will drive engagement and achievement of digital goals for our applications.
Collaborating with the broader digital team (e.g. product owners, UX team and developers) to engage in data-based decision making and enhance content to better meet business objectives.
Using analytics and testing tools (including Google Analytics and Search Console) to guide web optimisation efforts and measure results.

For this role, we're looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, media, communications, journalism or a related field (essential).
Experience in copywriting and grammar expertise (essential).
Experience using CMS or eCommerce systems (essential).
An understanding of SEO principles and strategies to enable improvement (essential).
An understanding of design thinking, Agile and Lean UX methods including design sprints (advantageous).
