Were looking for a Digital Content Specialist who thrives on turning complex security and technical concepts into clear, engaging and practical content that people actually understand and use. In this role, youll play a key part in strengthening our security culture by delivering impactful education, communications and awareness campaigns that help our people do the right thing, every day.
This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, storytelling and education, and who thrives on delivering impactful security campaigns
This is a permanent full-time role based in Tmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Ng Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Mu | What You'll Do
Design, deliver and report on enterprise-wide security education and awareness campaigns
Translate complex security and technical concepts into clear, plainEnglish content
Create engaging written content including articles, digital communications and training materials
Deliver rolebased security training tailored to different audiences
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear reporting and insights to leaders
Plan and execute customercentred security strategies and campaign initiatives

Proven experience translating complex technical or security content into plain English
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating plainEnglish content
Experience delivering education or awareness campaigns
Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative thinking and storytelling
Ability to manage campaigns endtoend, including planning, delivery and reporting
Security knowledge or experience working with security, risk or compliance teams
Experience using Adobe tools (Adobe Analytics highly desirable)
