$65 Per Hour + Super- Government Role - Parramatta- 12 Month Contract - Possibility of extensionAPG is currently seeking an experienced Digital Controls Technical Officer for a 12-month contract within a Parramatta Government Sector.Pay Rate: $65 Per Hour + SuperPrimary purpose of the roleThe Digital Systems Support Officer is responsible for assisting with the development, support and maintenance of internal systems used to support business and project management outcomes. The role is responsible for system testing, resolution, and documentation. The role works with the business to identify solutions that can be implemented or developed to streamline business processes and procedures.Key accountabilities- Develop systems and processes to facilitate efficient team/unit operations in line with agency standards and policies.- Manage, troubleshoot and oversee various systems to ensure continuous improvement- Map, evaluate and simplify existing business processes, highlighting gaps and pain points.- Help identify and implement new technologies or system refinements, big or small, that improve the employee and/or client experience, support the future direction of the business and help convey a progressive image to internal and external stakeholders.- Provide training to staff on new and existing developed business systems as required.Essential requirementsTertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience and certifications as follows:- Strong background in SharePoint Online and Power Platform- Strong experience in building/developing O365 solutions [Power Apps, Automate, Power BI]- Knowledge in developing/publishing Power BI Reports- Basic Knowledge of source control tools like DevOps- Strong background in delivering Power Platform-based solutions in medium to large enterprise environments- Strong project management experience, preferably working in an infrastructure of construction project management organisation- Strong background in business engagement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and consulting background- Current NSW Driver Licence and willingness to drive to and work in remote locations which may include overnight stays.
