We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Sr. Staff Engineer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

How You’ll Help Us:
Launch by NTT DATA is seeking a servant leader in DevSecOps with hands-on expertise, consultative thought leadership, and demonstrated management capabilities. This role manages the DevSecOps technology capability within a local region by country, contributing to our global capability.

Once You Are Here, You Will:
• Within the 1st year achieve promotion to Director by successfully:
• Leading an engineering team and client through an upfront consulting and delivery engagement.
• Building a team that delivers value sprint over sprint that become self-sufficient in your absence.
• Engaging in architecture and implementation of Business Application Delivery Platform Software.
• Participating hands-on in code, reviews, design patterns, and best practices.
• Contributing to the development and extension of our suite of Open-Source Accelerators for rapid setup of engineering teams at high technical maturity.
• Participating in pre-sales pursuits, understanding client needs, building rapport, crafting and presenting visions, and influencing decisions to partner with Launch.
• Assessing and sizing the scope of work, determining team size and composition, and ensuring mutually beneficial deals.
• Crafting agreements for successful client relationships.
• Helping to build local DevSecOps Platform capabilities by attracting and growing diverse talent.
• Beyond the 1st Year:
• Scaling your technology capability team.
• Driving revenue through collaborative sales pursuits or farming current clients.
• Improving our Platform Accelerators and driving their adoption.
• Teaching teams and clients DevSecOps principles and self-service delivery platform usage.
• Developing mastery of professional conflict management with teams and clients.
• Managing staffing and reserve bench to ensure on-demand capability.
• Building relationships throughout the organization and evangelizing DevSecOps.
Basic Qualifications:
• 15 years of experience across DevSecOps, software development, and cloud-native technologies.
• 10 years of experience Hands-on expertise in architecture and implementation of software delivery platforms.
• 5 years of experience Strong leadership and management capabilities.
• 3 years of experience in consulting, client engagement, and pre-sales activities.
• 5 years of experience Ability to attract and grow diverse talent pools.
Desired Experience & Skills:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation and influence ability.
