We are looking for a Digital Marketer with FMCG, E-commerce, and Marketplace experience who is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and utilizing various digital marketing channels and platforms to reach target audiences. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in FMCG, eCommerce, and marketplace environments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer behavior, industry trends, and competitors' digital activities.
• Define target audience segments and create buyer personas to guide marketing efforts.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful digital assets, such as banners, videos, and landing pages.
• Drive online sales and revenue growth through effective management of ecommerce platforms (e.g., websites, marketplaces).
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and inventory levels across different platforms to ensure competitiveness and availability.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, blogs, and other online channels.
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activities, campaign results, and ROI.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product management) to align digital marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in FMCG, ecommerce, and marketplace environments.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento), online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copywriting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
