About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across META, and help keep our digital channels fresh and engaging.
In this role you will:
Build, manage and optimise META paid campaigns from brief to reporting.
Monitor performance, create clear dashboards and turn data into practical recommendations.
Support website and landing page updates to improve conversion and user experience.
Work closely with third‑party agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
Help keep our digital content current, accurate and aligned with our brand.
About you:
You are a hands‑on digital marketer who enjoys testing, learning and making data‑led decisions.
You will ideally bring:
Two or more years experience in a digital marketing role, with ownership of META paid campaigns end to end.
Practical experience with Google Analytics and confidence interpreting performance data.
Familiarity with CMS and CRM platforms, and a willingness to learn new tools.
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
A proactive, customer‑first mindset, creative thinking and a practical approach to problem solving.
Experience in the building and construction industry is a bonus, not a must.
