Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:✅ Data & Sheet Management:
Maintain and regularly update marketing data sheets and trackers.
Ensure accuracy of campaign performance records, leads data, and reports.
Coordinate with agencies or internal teams to collect required data.

✅ Chatbot Handling:
Operate company chatbots for customer queries and lead generation.
Update chatbot responses and flows as needed.
Track and analyze chatbot performance and suggest improvements.

✅ Social Media Management:
Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms (posting, engaging, responding to queries).
Coordinate with the design/content team to ensure timely posting and creative updates.
Monitor engagement and share performance reports.

✅ Feedback & Reporting:
Share timely feedback on marketing activities to the concerned teams.
Identify gaps in performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on key marketing metrics.

✅ Coordination:
Work closely with other team members, agencies, and management for smooth execution of marketing plans.
Key Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Basic understanding of chatbot tools.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proactive approach and attention to detail.
