As an SEM Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our search engine marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective SEM strategies, conducting keyword research, creating compelling ad copies, and analyzing campaign performance. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of SEM principles, a track record of driving results, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases.
- Create compelling and high-converting ad copies that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across various search engines (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing initiatives to improve ad performance, landing page conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize bid management tools and techniques to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging SEM practices.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align campaign objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and best practices.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing SEM campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine marketing principles, keyword research, and bid management strategies.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads.
- Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to analyze campaign performance and user behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
