As a Marketing Executive specializing in Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Contribute to the creation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, targeting specific demographics, and leveraging various online channels.
Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, infographics, and other formats, to attract and engage the target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms, create content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments to build and maintain a strong online presence.
Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and others to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and monitoring website performance.
Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, writing compelling copy, and analyzing campaign performance.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels, generate regular reports, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update the company website, ensuring it remains current, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all digital touchpoints.
Relationship Building: Interact with online communities, influencers, and industry partners to foster brand partnerships and collaborations that enhance digital visibility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on creating and managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content that resonates with the target audience.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling copy and engaging with online communities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving digital trends.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and industry trends.
