Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall business goals.
Content Creation and Management: Generate engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email.
SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated marketing emails.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports to assess effectiveness.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing software.
Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
