Digital Marketing Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join THE ENCHARA. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital marketing, social media growth, client conversion, and lead generation, with a passion for aesthetics, beauty, and luxury wellness.
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in growing brand awareness, generating new client leads, converting enquiries into consultations, and increasing monthly membership retention, while also supporting reception operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide reception cover when required
Respond to client enquiries and book consultations
Send professional emails, follow-ups, promotional campaigns, and appointment confirmations
Manage and respond to all social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, promotional campaigns, and offers
Respond to comments, DMs, and online client interactions in a timely and brand-consistent way
Generate qualified new client leads through organic and paid marketing strategies
Coordinate with external marketing lead generation companies/agencies when using client acquisition packages
Build and manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and local ambassadors
Manage and book existing clients into monthly memberships
Support client retention campaigns, loyalty offers, and reactivation campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, leads, and conversion rates to improve ROI
Work towards agreed KPIs and monthly growth targets
Requirements
Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or lead generation
Strong communication and client conversion skills
Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads, and content planning
Confident in creating engaging beauty and aesthetics-related content
Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns
Professional, polished, and aligned with a luxury clinic brand
Experience working with influencers and external agencies preferred
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and premium customer experience
