Job Description
Cosderma Cosmoceutical Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, creative, and result-oriented Digital Marketing professional to manage our online presence across websites, social media, and advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should understand the skincare, cosmetic, and aesthetic industry and be able to create strategies that drive traffic, leads, and brand visibility. This role includes handling social media, SEO, paid ads, content creation, and performance tracking to support our company’s sales and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan and execute daily posts, reels, stories, and digital creatives
• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for branding and lead generation
• Work on SEO: keyword research, website updates, on-page/off-page optimization
• Create engaging content for blogs, websites, and campaigns
• Coordinate with graphic designers and the marketing team to create creative campaigns
• Monitor analytics, insights, and performance reports for continuous improvement
• Increase online visibility, audience engagement, and conversions
• Support product promotions, new launches, and digital branding activities
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply)
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
• Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing, and social media toolsGood communication skills and creative mindset
• Ability to work on deadlines and contribute fresh ideas
• Experience in beauty, skincare, healthcare, or e-commerce is an advantage
Salary Range
₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
