Job Description
Responsibilities:
To plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
To monitor and analyse effectiveness of marketing content
To develop and manage website content
To manage performance of marketing channels to maximise relevant KPIs
To plan, create and execute campaigns end- to – end on all channels
To manage affiliate partners
To work with design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimised for conversion, relevance and customer preferences
To stay up to date with latest technology & best practices to acquire insights in online marketing trends in the industry
To create & drive strategy with the right prioritization of initiatives to deliver the highest returns on marketing’s spends
To track and measure campaign level, ad-set level & ad level performance and determine actionable insights
To lead funnel building initiatives, user acquisition, conversion and retention of users
To regularly optimise campaigns to continuously improve ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) from the campaigns
Competencies
Excellent analytical skills with high business acumen
Ability to manage Google/Facebook/Instagram ads & affiliates
Ability to work on UAC (Universal App Campaigns)
Collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders with great interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced growing organisation
Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
Educational Qualifications
Graduate/Post Graduate
Preference to Digital Marketing stream
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Preference to experience in IT & Education (EdTech) industry
