Job Description
• Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This includes planning, budgeting, and executing campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and more.
2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including website, social media channels, blogs, and email newsletters. Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and consistent with the brand's tone and messaging. Manage content calendars and maintain a regular publishing schedule.
3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Develop and execute social media campaigns, monitor engagement, analyze performance metrics, and generate insights to enhance social media presence and reach.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, monitor website traffic and performance using analytical tools, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance SEO strategies.
5. Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising networks. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Segment email lists, create engaging email content, monitor campaign performance, and implement A/B testing to optimize email marketing strategies.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital marketing channels. Generate reports, track campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations to enhance marketing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Requirements:
2. Digital Marketing Skills: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, web analytics, and CRM systems.
