Job Description
The position is responsible for executing and assisting in developing an effective Digital marketing and E commerce strategy for hotel in order to drive online traffic, online brand presence, third party distribution partners and maximize web performance for each business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
• The candidate will have experience with Internet marketing channels like SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media and email marketing.
• She/He is reporting directly to the Marketing & Communications Manager of the hotel. The main duty and responsibilities of the role are listed as below.
WEB SALES STRATEGY & IMPROVEMENT OF ONLINE PRESENCE
• Define key markets and opportunities
• Plan digital Marketing roadmap consultation with key stakeholders
• Develop Digital marketing strategies to meet business needs (including rooms, F&B, MICE, Wedding, Spa, etc.).
• Strategy development for all digital marketing channels (including microsite, , Social media, email marketing, paid media, bloggers and influencers)
• Prepare monthly reports, identify market trends, analyze business performance, and develop appropriate action plans aligned with goals
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests
• Completion & review of Digital Marketing audits, including associated action plans.
• Animate and integrate Loyalty programs (LCAH, Meeting Planner & Accor Plus) throughout Digital marketing activity, where relevant.
• Active Promotion of Offers / Benefits (as needed)
• Maintain hotel positioning in OTAs to ensure rates and promotions are selling correctly at targeted point of sale including managing OTA partner account relationship in coordination with other stake holders
• Actively participate in marketing campaign and merchandising programs
• Maintain ongoing communication with OTA market managers
• Obtain and review monthly performance reports to identify opportunity and maximize production of online channels
• Collaborate with hotel teams, agencies and other 3rd party vendor partners to execute the plan of action for campaigns and promotions
COMPETITORS' AND TECHNOLOGY WATCH
• Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Designing new and creative growth strategies
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide perspective and training for adoption where appropriate
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Knowledge of marketing tactics and strategies required
• Ability to plan, strategize and execute marketing campaigns
• Ability to diagnose reports and analyze data
• Possess good time management and ability to multi-task
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and proactively
• Familiar with content management systems is an added advantage

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Commerce (preferred)
• Experience for position: 3 yrs. experience in online marketing or Ecommerce with revenue goals
