About The Role
As a result of an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join our Elastoplast team as Digital Marketing Executive.
In your role, you are solely responsible for managing and optimising all owned digital platforms to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve business growth.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies across the brand website, search, and social media channels to increase traffic, engagement, improve user experience, and maximise conversion rates.
Being a real team player is a key factor, as this role will work with cross-functional teams and with different stakeholders (internally & externally), essential to ensure a cohesive and consumer-centric digital experience.
In your role, you will also be responsible for analysing performance metrics and continuously refining strategies to meet the brand’s marketing objectives.
ABOUT YOU
A Business-related degree preferably with a Marketing major
Min 2 years’ experience working within digital with a proven track record of delivering insight, driving conversions and enhancing awareness for a brand.
Media Agency experience highly regarded
A passion for consumer experience and digital topics
Demonstrates a positive attitude and is flexible to work within a team or independently
A curious mind & strong initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and reasoning skills with an eye for detail
