Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve our website's organic search ranking.
• Perform keyword research and analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases.
• Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, content, and site architecture.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Plan, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensions.
• Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine ad campaigns for better results.
Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies.
• Ensure content is engaging and relevant to our co-working audience.
• Optimize existing content and landing pages for search engines.
Analytics and Reporting:
• Generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.
• Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to campaigns.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Competitor Analysis:
• Keep an eye on competitors' digital marketing strategies and adapt to industry trends.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improving our co-working offerings.
Local SEO:
• Optimize our online presence for local searches to attract co-working clients in our vicinity.
• Manage local listings, including Google My Business, and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Budget Management:
• Create and manage the SEO and SEM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Evaluate the return on investment for each marketing initiative.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in SEO/SEM are a plus.
• Proven experience in SEO and SEM management.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, algorithms, and tools.
• Proficiency in SEO and SEM software and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
