Duties and responsibilities:
• Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
• Discuss, formulate and execute our digital marketing and advertising plans with third party digital marketing agencies
• Oversee all the company's social media accounts
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing campaigns and ad spends
• Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics
• Measure ROI and KPIs
• Provide detailed performance reports across digital verticals to senior management
• Keep all our marketing initiatives up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
• Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
Job requirements and qualifications:
• Fluent in English
• Ability and self-belief to work independently as a leader
• Hunger and capability to find ways to achieve company objectives with minimum intervention required from others
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company success
• At least two years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Hands on experience with running ad campaigns on Meta, Google
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Analytic mind with ability to not just present reports but also provide actionable insights
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Certifications from Meta or Google, BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field will be highly appreciated
