Job Description
You Will Be Responsible For
• Support the development of, and own the delivery of, the digital marketing strategy for all paid search, paid social, SEO, email and SMS marketing
• Continually identify and deliver data-backed optimisations to improve online customer journeys and experience,
• Own and optimise the conversion funnel, continually testing, analysing and reporting on performance.
• Develop digital marketing plans in collaboration with key internal stakeholders.
• Maximise all new and existing online revenue generation opportunities through viable multi-channel digital activity
• Provide reporting and actionable insight on all digital activity and website performance, demonstrating ROI.
To be considered for the role you will match the following
• An excellent understanding of digital marketing and principles, theory and best practice.
• Hands-on experience of the digital marketing mix
• Experienced in managing web development projects to optimise customer journeys and experience.
• Web literacy and proficiency in data extraction and the use of databases and reporting tools, e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI
• Demonstrable hands-on experience of digital marketing and web tools and platforms
• Experience of leading and developing teams
• A background within a B2C business
