Job Summary:

Nexus BioQuest is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about science and marketing. This role is for a self-starter who is eager to contribute to the growth of our company by executing innovative marketing strategies. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our brand, services, and scientific expertise to a global audience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of science and marketing in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Who we are:  

 

We are a new contract research organisation (CRO) providing scientific solutions and people resource to our clients looking to outsource research in the pre-clinical drug discovery space. We provide scientific resource, knowledge and experience to let our clients get their drug to the clinic faster.  Our ethos is to work collaboratively with our clients to enhance problem solving and provide immunology excellence and progress their drug discovery program. As a CRO our clients are diverse ranging from small biotech through to big pharma; this provides an exciting opportunity to work with many different clients and across multiple cutting-edge drug development projects. 

 

A focus of the company is immune-oncology research but we work in all areas where the immune system either drives disease such as autoimmunity, inflammation, neuro-inflammation, and in areas where the immune system provides potential therapeutic target solutions such as vaccine development, cellular therapies, gene therapies.   

Your role:

You will be responsible for developing and leading the Digital Marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and increase sales. Using your digital marketing experience, you will:
• Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy.
• Manage social media channels, including Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop methods and measurements to boost the brand profile, increase engagement, and grow website traffic and social media followers.
• Manage paid advertising.
• Execute the content marketing strategy via blogs, SEO and mailshots.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaigns to assess progress and ROI.
• Monitor digital and aesthetics industry trends, to stay in line with innovations and developments.
• Work closely with the scientific and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This includes developing targeted campaigns to support product launches and service offerings.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry. New graduates will be considered.
• Direct experience in setting up and maintaining SEO/SEA initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and content management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Remote working is available for the role however regular visits to the headquarters in Portishead, UK is required. 

 

Salary: £12,000-£14,000 depending on experience.
