1.Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy across B2B channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Email Campaigns, SEO).
Align campaigns with business goals: client acquisition, talent attraction, employer branding.
2. Performance Marketing
Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads for targeted outreach.
Optimize campaigns for leads, cost-per-click (CPC), and ROI.
3. Content & Branding
Oversee website content, blogs, whitepapers, and social media posts for Layam and subsidiaries (Radram, Layam Australia).
Ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling.
4. Lead Generation & CRM
Create automated lead funnels integrating with CRM (LeadSquared / HubSpot).
5. SEO & Website Management
Improve search rankings for industry keywords (Recruitment, Staffing, Contract Manufacturing, ODC).
6. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, LinkedIn Analytics.
7. Innovation & AI Integration
Explore use of AI-driven tools for recruitment marketing, personalized client outreach, and candidate engagement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Lead Generation
Minimum X qualified B2B leads per month across verticals.
Conversion % from digital inquiries to business discussions.
2. Brand Visibility
Increase website traffic by 3040% in 12 months.
Growth in LinkedIn followers & engagement rate (target: 1015% MoM growth).
3. Cost Efficiency
Maintain Cost per Lead (CPL) within industry benchmark.
Ensure 2030% ROI improvement on paid ad spends.
4. SEO Performance
Top 5 rankings for at least 10 industry-relevant keywords in 912 months.
5. Content & Campaign Delivery
Minimum 4 client-facing posts/blogs per month.

Has proven experience in B2B service marketing (not just retail/e-commerce).
