They continuously seek to evolve the industry standard for marketing best practices, rapidly inventing transformative new strategies to validate, launch, and scale ventures
Their work spans across product, marketing, and technology, and they drive successful growth by leveraging the symbiotic relationship that exists between them
Through a hypothesis-driven, rapid test and learn approach, they strategize, implement, and execute go-to-market activities that ensure best in class customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive platform strategies (e.g., Weedmaps, Leaflink, Jane)
Collaborate on SEO/SEM strategies to generate traffic
Manage Conversion Rate Optimization to maximize conversions
Manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Billboards, Publishers, Google Ads, social media, etc.)
Project management for product launches, events, and grand openings, ensuring seamless execution across digital channels and aligning campaigns
Data and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data insights
Collaborate with design team to produce compelling creatives across all web properties
Manage promotions across business units: Retail, Delivery, 3P Sales, and Brand
Work closely with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms
Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
Leads and directs the work of other employees
Exercises authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, promotion, and separations within the department
Oversees the overall operations of the department, ensuring teams meet performance targets
Applies discretion and independent judgment in decision-making for departmental operations and issues
Primarily engaged in a managerial capacity, the worker is integral to enterprise management, overseeing employee training, determining changes in employee status, assigning job duties, drafting management policies, addressing disciplinary issues, and ensuring strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
• Agency experience a plus!
• Experience in a legal ******** market is highly preferred
