• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resource and effective ROI.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and ethical marketing practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role within an agency or a fast-paced marketing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of AI marketing tools, including customer segmentation, predictive analytics, chatbots, marketing automation, and data visualization.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive business results.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
