We are looking for experienced Digital Marketing Manager for our organization

Experience : 6 to 8 yrs ( 3 yrs in managerial role)

Job Location: Sangavade, PCMC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agency Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between the digital marketing agency, internal Team .
Ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing objectives, campaign plans, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Campaign Monitoring & Execution
Monitor ongoing digital marketing campaigns across platforms to ensure they are executed as per the approved strategy.
Verify that campaigns are running correctly and are aligned with defined performance goals and timelines.
3. Social Media Management Oversight
Maintain and monitor the monthly social media posting calendar across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Ensure that all planned content and campaigns are published as per the agreed schedule.
4. Ad Spend Monitoring
Track monthly digital advertising spend across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
Ensure that advertising budgets are utilized effectively and remain within approved limits.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Ensure timely collection and review of monthly performance reports from the agency, including Meta Ads and Google My Business (GMB) insights.
Prepare summarized reports and share key insights with internal stakeholders for review.
6. Data & Resource Coordination
Ensure that all required data, content, approvals, and inputs are provided to the agency in a timely manner to avoid delays in campaign execution.
7. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain organized documentation of marketing activities, campaign plans, performance reports, approvals, and communication records for reference and future tracking.
8. Marketing ROI Tracking
Monitor and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing campaigns.
9. Competitor Digital Monitoring
Track competitors’ digital marketing activities across social media and paid advertising platforms and share relevant insights.
