Job Description
Key Responsibilities:* Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals* Lead end-to-end campaign management for property launches and project marketing initiatives* Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing* Drive lead generation campaigns and ensure consistent pipeline growth* Oversee content strategy including creatives, videos, reels, and performance-driven campaigns* Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights and KPIs* Collaborate closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency* Manage agency partnerships and external vendors
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)* Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer journey* Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools* Knowledge of real estate market trends and digital consumer behaviour* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹35,262.25 - ₹63,096.73 per month
