Your Role:
As a Property Consultant, you will:
Provide expert property advice, focusing on buyers from Taiwan and Vietnam.
Build and maintain strong client relationships using Mandarin or Vietnamese.
Engage with clients using social media platforms like Facebook, Line (Taiwan), Zalo (Vietnam), and Instagram.
Guide clients through the end-to-end property buying process.
Meet and exceed personal sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
Receive comprehensive training on Australian property knowledge, sales techniques, and social media strategies.
What We Look For:
Fluent in Mandarin or Vietnamese.
Mandarin-speaking candidates with experience in the Taiwan market are highly encouraged to apply.
Previous sales experience required, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong communication skills with a friendly, client-first attitude.
Confident using social media to build personal brand and generate leads.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to develop a successful sales career.
Valid real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain, training provided).
