Accurate and timely communications are a vital part of RS Medical’s growth strategy and brand delivery. Whether these are internal or external, careful planning and implementation is critical to success. The Digital Marketing Manager is tasked with supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing programs. This includes managing delivery of digital marketing programs and Salesforce contact management, managing social media programs and digital program metrics; as well as assisting on department programs such as training and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor Salesforce marketing programs – such as lead management, campaign management and account/contact management
• Content creation and delivery of digital marketing programs in Marketing Cloud and other platforms
• Content creation and delivery of social media programs across all channels
• Monitor, measure, report on and fine-tune digital marketing programs to ensure optimal success
• Monitor, measure and report on traffic for the company website, social media and social feedback forums
• Content creation for company hiring and employee programs
• Collaborate on promotion and delivery of event materials
• Collaborate in research and preparation for marketing department projects
• Perform work that may be complex and varied in nature
• Perform other related duties, as necessary
Experience / Qualifications
• Bachelors or Associates degree, and/or related and demonstrated experience and skills related to the Key Responsibilities.
• 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing communications, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience with CRM and digital marketing platforms, preferably Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and social media management tools like SEMRush.
• Experience with developing and executing effective integrated marcom content.
• Knowledge of new marketing/content trends, various marketing vehicles and channels to market.
• Self-directed. Able to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized. Able to act decisively amid changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of staff and departments throughout the organization.
Desired Requirements:
• Interest in pursuing a career in the medical device/healthcare field.
• Interest in helping patients and Veterans.
Physical Requirements
General office environment that will include frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting, fingering, repetitive motions of the hands/wrists, reaching, grasping, and handling. This position also requires occasional bending, squatting, standing, and walking. Pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying of up to 20 lbs. is required on an occasional basis. Good general vision and hearing are needed. This position will need to be in office 3-4 days per week. Other days, work can be done from home.
