MapMyHouse is seeking a highly efficient Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing team and achieve our business growth goal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. We want a motivated candidate who can easily assimilate into our environment and contribute positively to the development of our business endeavors.
Requirements
• Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative
• Work in co-ordination with other heads of departments to achieve the overall goals of the company
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
• Strategize and deploy marketing concepts using phygital channels
• Be adept in communicating sales leads to the Sales & Operations Departments
• Be extremely efficient in working in high-pressure environments
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
Experience and Skills
• Proven working experience of 2+ years in digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Semrush, Word Press Hotjar, NetInsight, Web-Trends)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Good knowledge of designing software like Canva, and Figma (it is an added plus)
