IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 4-6+ Years in Digital Marketing
• Cosmetics / Beauty / Lifestyle / Wellness brand experience (Highly desired)
• Experience in Influencer marketing, PPC, SMM, Google Analytics
• Work with the CEO, will handle End-to-End Digital Marketing coordination
ORGANISATION
A newly launched Cosmetic brand, which is a part of a reputed chain of beauty, Spa and Salon across Telangana and Hyderabad. An excellent opportunity in brand launch and to manage end-to-end Digital Marketing including strategy and execution
ROLE
• Collaborating with digital marketing agencies to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Assisting in the planning and budgeting of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating with internal teams (Sales and Other teams)and external partners to ensure that campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and providing regular reports to management.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices, and providing recommendations for improvements to the digital marketing strategy.
• Managing the companys social media accounts, affiliate marketing programs and creating engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Coordinating with the website development team and other internal teams to ensure website is optimized for search engine and user experience.
• Managing and analyzing Google Analytics data to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Managing the companys email marketing campaigns, including creating and scheduling emails, managing lists and analyzing results
• Assisting in the development and implementation of the companys overall marketing strategies.
• Assisting in the organization and execution of events and promotions
LOCATION : Hyderabad
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field 2-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing technology tools.
• Experience with website content management, email marketing, and social media platforms is also required.
• Team Player with good analytical skills
