Job Title: Email & WhatsApp Marketing Executive Department: Digital Marketing Company: N D Savla & Associates, Chartered Accountants Location: 102, Ashok Premises, Off Old Nagardas Road, Andheri East, Mumbai – 40006+ (10-minute walk from the station) Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 1 to 4 years Qualification: Smart to handle the responsibilities (no specific degree mentioned) Gender: Any Work Mode: On-site Job Responsibilities: Plan, draft, and schedule professional email and WhatsApp campaigns to promote company services. Design newsletters, festive greetings, and monthly updates in a professional and engaging format. Segment and manage client databases for personalized and targeted communication. Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, replies) and suggest improvements. Coordinate with internal teams (Audit, Taxation, HR) to collect relevant content and updates. Send compliance alerts, due date reminders, and circulars in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with data privacy and business communication policies. Explore automation tools to boost marketing efficiency and customer engagement. Take up additional tasks related to digital marketing as assigned. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in email and WhatsApp marketing is a must. Proficiency with email marketing tools, WhatsApp Business tools, and automation platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Candidates with a B2B or professional services background are preferred. Immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days’ notice period will be prioritized.
