As the Digital Operations Assistant you will support the delivery of accurate and engaging digital recipe content by uploading recipes and product SKUs, conducting weekly website audits and assisting with troubleshooting. You will manage and ensure recipe image quality and accuracy by identifying errors or substitutions and requesting updates where needed. This role supports maintaining the quality and consistency of the HelloFresh digital menu, ensuring a smooth and appealing customer experience.

This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and is reporting to the Senior Digital Operations Manager.

You will…

Ensure accuracy and consistency of digital recipes and product listings by uploading content to CCM (website content manager) in line with deadlines and brand guidelines.
Maintain a high-quality customer experience by auditing live menu content weekly, identifying and resolving errors in imagery, copy and product details.
Support smooth menu activations by troubleshooting website and CMS-related issues in collaboration with tech and support teams.
Improve operational efficiency by creating and maintaining up-to-date SOPs for digital content workflows and recipe management.
Contribute to cross-functional projects by liaising with Culinary, Product, Editorial and Studio teams to implement content updates and product changes.
Ensure visual accuracy by checking recipe imagery against style guidelines and recipe content.
Assist in delivering a consistent digital menu experience by coordinating content and menu updates across to HelloConnect and other internal systems.
You have…

Completed or are in your final year of degree a in: Business, Digital Media, Communications, Food Studies, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication - whether you’re writing an email, status update, or customer copy
A genuine interest in digital operations, product content, e-commerce or digital tools
Exposure working in a structured, fast-paced team environment either through an internship, a part-time role, or university projects
Experience working with or following style guides (preferred, but not essential)
You are…

Highly organised with supreme attention to detail when reviewing content, formatting, or copy - you’ll triple check and cross reference every detail to ensure complete accuracy
A self-starter and truly proactive problem solver, who works relentlessly to execute all steps needed until the problem is resolved
Confident using tools such as G Suite, Excel/Google Sheets, CMS platforms, or ticketing tools (bonus points for JIRA and Slack)
Passionate about food and cooking
