Job Description
Digital Expertise:
Provide support in execution of SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Email Marketing Contribute to building and optimizing digital marketing processes and platforms to ensure KPIs are met Research, Design and Evaluate competitor digital activities to constantly improve the existing processes and platforms
Platform Custodian:
End to End Ownership of identified platforms which include Social Media, Website, GMB, CRM, Whatsapp – initiate new developments, launching of new platforms, planning & execution of optimization strategies, ongoing management of platforms
Relationship Management:
Ensure a seamless digital customer experience by working collaboratively with internal IT teams, internal sales teams and third party website, creative & digital marketing agencies
